Bryan Dixon - Director
Age: 36
Qualifications: B.Comm, CA, ACIS
Mr Dixon has 13 years experience in the finance and the administration of public and listed companies. Previously he has been employed by KPMG, Resolute Limited, Societe Generale and Archipelago Resources PLC. Mr Dixon has specialised in the management of small emerging ASX and AIM listed resource companies. He is a director of Blackham Resources Ltd, a non-executive director of Hodges Resources Limited and Uranium King Limited. Bryan brings additional financial, corporate, legal, investment analysis and taxation skills to the Company.

Nathan McMahon - Chairman, Non-executive Director
Age: 36
Mr McMahon has over 14 years experience in the resources sector in Australia and is the Joint Managing Director of Cazaly Resources Limited. Previously Nathan founded and was CEO of Hamil Resources, a successful gold explorer that was purchased by International Gold in 2003. Mr McMahon has specialised in native title negotiations, joint venture negotiations and project acquisition due diligence. He is a director of several unlisted mining and exploration companies with interests in platinum group elements, base metals, industrial minerals and diamond exploration. Mr McMahon is currently also a non executive director of Bannerman Resources Ltd, Hodges Resources Ltd and AIM listed South China Resources PLC.

Mark Thompson - Director
Age: 40
Mr Thompson has worked extensively throughout Africa, USA, South America and Australia on mineral exploration, resource development and palaeontologic projects since 1989. Mr Thompson has worked for companies including Western Mining Corp, Equatorial Mining Ltd, Panorama Resources Ltd and Centenary International Mining Ltd. He has successfully vendored the lead properties for other companies such as Image Resources NL and Meteoric Resources Ltd. Prior to returning to full time exploration in 2005, Mr Thompson was based in America to help explore and develop palaeontology resources in Montana and Wyoming. Mr Thompson is a member of the Society of Vertebrate Palaeontology, the National Speakers Association of Australia and an Editorial Board member/author of the Encyclopaedia of Anthropology. He brings to Catalyst a strong technical as well as practical experience in the exploration for mineral deposits.
